The thesis aims to define technical performance of low-energy buildings with regard to their advantages and disadvantages. The low-energy and passive buildings are compared in this paper. The way of their projection and construction is also included. The thesis is supposed to contribute to define the term energy intensity of buildings and its influence on the evaluation of property.
