Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá korelací zrakové ostrosti naměřené mezi optotypem ETDRS a LCD se Sloanovými znaky. Skupina vyšetřovaných byla omezena na pacienty, kteří podstupují anti-VEGF léčbu. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé patologie, kterých se anti-VEGF léčba týká, samotný popis léčby a použité optotypy. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the correlation of visual acuity measured between the ETDRS optotype and LCD with Sloan features. The study group was limited to patients undergoing anti-VEGF treatment. In the theoretical part, the different pathologies involved in anti-VEGF treatment, the treatment itself and the optotypes used are described.
