Abstract:

VIDOVÁ, Dominika. The biggest bureaucratic barriers affecting business in the hotel, gastronomy and spa industries [Master’s Dissertation], The Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague 8, Ltd. Prague 2019. 81 p. The Master’s Dissertation deals with the most bureaucratic obstacles affecting business in the hospitality, gastronomy and spa industries. The aim of the dissertation is to summarize the most important legal regulations that complicate business in accommodation, gastronomy and spa and compare the business environment in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic based on administrative and bureaucratic demands on entrepreneurs. The theoretical part is divided into five subchapters. The first and second subchapter deals with the definition of bureaucracy and administration. The third subchapter deals with the definition of the legislative system and legislative conditions. Another subchapter deals with both governmental and non-governmental institutions that influence business in the hotel, gastronomy and spa industries. The last subchapter of the theoretical part of the dissertation deals with the introduction of individual areas of business in the hotel industry, gastronomy and spa industry. The analytical part of the dissertation begins with a subchapter where we deal with local taxes and fees in relation to tourism. The second subchapter examines the most serious legislative changes. The third subchapter defines control activities, both governmental and non-governmental. It also deals with the anti-bureaucratic award - the Absurdity of the Year. The fourth subchapter evaluates global competitiveness indexes of economies. The last subchapter is devoted to comparative research on administrative demands. The suggestion part is devoted to submitting proposals and changes aimed at bringing about improvements in the business environment in business in accommodation, gastronomy and spa.

VIDOVÁ, Dominika. Najväčšie byrokratické prekážky ovplyvňujúce podnikanie v hotelierstve, gastronómii a kúpeľníctve [Diplomová práce], Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha 2019. 81 s. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá najväčšimi byrokratickými prekážkami, ktoré ovplyvňujú podnikanie v hotelierstve, gastronómii a kúpeľníctve. Cieľom práce je sumarizovať tie najvýznamnejšie právne prepisy, ktoré komplikujú podnikanie v ubytovacích, stravovacích a kúpeľných službách a komparovať podnikateľské prostredie v Českej republike a v Slovenskej republike ná základe administratívnej a byrokratickej náročnosti na podnikateľov. Teoretická časť je rozdelena do piatych podkapitol. Prvá a druhá podkapitola sa venuje definícii byrokracie a administratívy. Tretia podkapitola sa venuje vymedzeniu legislatívneho systému a legislatívnym podmienkam. Ďalšia podkapitola sa zaoberá vládnymi aj mimo vládnymi inštitúciami, ktoré ovplyvňujú podnikanie v odvetví hotelierstva, gastronómie a kúpeľníctva. Posledná podkapitola teoretickej časti práce sa zaoberá predstavení jednotlivých oblastí podnikania v hotelierstve, gastronómii či v kúpeľníctve. Analytická časť práce začína podkapitolou, v ktorej sa venujeme miestnym daniam a poplatkom vo väzbe na cestovný ruch. Druhá podkapitola skúma najzávažnejšie legislatívne zmeny. Tretia podkapitola definuje kontrolné činosti, vládnych aj mimo vládnych inštitúcii. Ďalej sa venuje anti oceneniu byrokracie- Absurdita roka. Štvrtá podkapitola hodnotí globálne indexy konkurencieschopnosti ekonomík. Posledná podkapitola je venovaná komparatívnemu výskumu administratívnej náročnosti. Návrhová čast sa venuje predkladaním návrhov a zmien, ktoré majú za cieľ priniesť zlepšenie podnikateľského prostredia v odvetví poskytovania ubytovacích a stravovacích služieb.
