Abstract:
V první kapitole se popisuje proces řešení konfliktů u WTO a jeho jednotlivé fáze. V druhé kapitole je charakterizován profil společností, jejich historie a jejich úloha v příslušných zemích. V poslední kapitole je detailně rozebrán spor mezi USA a EU u WTO a jeho následky a možné scénáře.
Abstract:
In the first chapter there is described process of solving conflicts and it's particular stages. In the second chapter there is characterized profile of companies, their history and their function in concerned countries. In the last chapter there is analyzed in detail the WTO dispute between USA and EU and it's consequences and possible scenarios.
