Diplomová práce je orientována na téma strategický finanční plán. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány základní metody a nezbytné postupy pro zpracování strategického finančního plánu a následné hodnocení tohoto plánu. The thesis is focused on the topic of strategic financial plan. There are described basic techniques and essential methods for processing stategic financial plan and its follow-up evaluation in theoretic part of the thesis.
