Analysis of scanned biosignals by a paramedic in a field group

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá dovedností zdravotnických záchranářů při odebírání a vyhodnocování biosignálů ve výjezdové skupině Rychlé zdravotnické pomoci (dále RZP). Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část vysvětluje, co je samotný biosignál, jaké jsou jeho varianty, jaké je přístrojové vybavení vozidla RZP. Dále se praktická část zabývá metodami a přístroji, kterými lze biosignál odebírat a principy, jakými přístroje pracují. Poslední část se zabývá vznikem chybného měření a artefakty, které mohou během snímání biosignálu vzniknout. Praktická část se zaměřuje především na dovednost zdravotnického záchranáře biosignál odebírat, vyhodnocovat a řešit vzniklé artefakty a nepřesnosti při snímání biosignálů. Praktická část je vedena formou dotazníkového šetření a je určena pro zdravotnické záchranáře pracujících ve výjezdových skupinách Zdravotnické záchranné služby Moravskoslezského kraje (dále ZZS MSK).

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the skills of paramedics in the collection and evaluation of biosignals in the field group of Ambulance (hereinafter RZP). The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains what is the biosignal itself, what are its variants, what is the instrumentation of the vehicle RZP. Furthermore, the practical part deals with the methods and devices by which the biosignal can be taken and the principles by which the devices work. The last part deals with the occurrence of erroneous measurements and artifacts that may arise during the sensing of the biosignal. The practical part focuses mainly on the ability of the paramedic to take the biosignal, evaluate and solve the artefacts and inaccuracies in the sensing of biosignals. The practical part is conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey and is intended for paramedics working in the field groups of the Medical Rescue Service of the Moravian-Silesian Region (hereinafter ZZS MSK).
