Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá pracovní spokojeností učitelek vyučujících na základních a speciálních školách. Teoretická část je věnována problematice pracovní spokojenosti a faktorům, které ji ovlivňují. Pozornost je věnována také učitelské profesi a jejím specifikům. Je zde přiblížena role a osobnost učitele, prestiž učitelské profese i učitelský stres. Také se práce zabývá speciální pedagogikou, zejména popisuje odlišnosti v prostředí a výuce žáků se zdravotním postižením. Pozornost je věnována rovněž zaměstnaným ženám a jejich roli v zaměstnání i v rodině. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumu, který byl proveden na základních a speciálních školách v rámci Moravskoslezského kraje. Cílem výzkumu bylo srovnání celkové pracovní spokojenosti učitelek základních škol a učitelek speciálních škol. Dalšími cíli bylo srovnání spokojenosti dílčích složek profese mezi učitelkami obou typů škol a také zjistit, jaké existují vztahy mezi celkovou pracovní spokojeností a vnějšími faktory. Výsledky ukazují, že celková pracovní spokojenost i spokojenost s dílčími složkami profese je vyšší u učitelek speciálních škol, a že existují významné vztahy mezi celkovou pracovní spokojeností a vnějšími faktory.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with job satisfaction of teachers teaching at primary and special schools. The theoretical part is devoted to the problem of job satisfaction and to the factors which affect this satisfaction. Attention is also devoted to the teaching profession and his specifics. The role and the personality of a teacher are presented as well as the reputation of the teaching profession or teaching stress. This thesis also deals with special education; it describes differences of the environment and education of students with handicaps. It also focuses on women employment and their roles in their jobs and families. The practical part focuses on presenting the results of a research which was done at primary schools and special schools in the Moravian ? Silesian Region. The objective of the research was the comparison of general job satisfaction of teachers of primary and special schools. Other objectives of the research were the comparison of satisfaction of profession parts between teachers of both types of schools and to find out which relations exist between general job satisfaction and the external factors. The results show that total job satisfaction and satisfaction of parts of the profession are higher in teachers from special schools and that there are significant relations between total working satisfaction and external factors.
