Abstract:
Tato práce si klade za cíl přijetí nebo zamítnutí hypotézy, že z hlediska provedení nutných úkonů a na ně vynaložených finančních prostředků, je efektivní formou transformace živnostníka založení s. r. o. peněžitým vkladem s prodejem podniku.
Abstract:
This work aims to accept or reject the hypothesis that in terms of design and operations necessary to cost them money, the effective transformation of the trader by establishing Ltd. paid in cash with the sale of the company.
