Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá aktuálními možnostmi konstrukčního řešení obvodových plášťů budov v nízkoenergetickém standardu. Součástí práce je tepelně-technické posouzení, zhodnocení finanční náročnosti, zhodnocení náročnosti provádění a v neposlední řadě také ekologické posouzení (formou národní platformy SBToolCZ) vybraných variant svislých obvodových plášťů. V závěru práce je provedeno vyhodnocení variant z pohledu investora. Nejpříznivější varianta je následně aplikována na návrh vícegeneračního rodinného domu ve formě projektové dokumentace – ve stupni pro provádění stavby dle platné vyhlášky 62/2013 Sb. novelizující vyhlášku č. 499 z roku 2006. Dále je projektová dokumentace doplněna požárně bezpečnostním řešením stavby, dokumentací techniky prostředí staveb, oceněným výkazem výměr a průkazem energetické náročnosti budovy.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the current possibilities of designing of peripheral building envelopes in a low energy standard. Part of the thesis is thermal-technical assessment, evaluation of financial demands, evaluation of the complexity of implementation and, last but not least, ecological assessment (in the form of the SBToolCZ national platform) of selected variants of vertical perimeter cladding. At the end of the thesis the evaluation of the variants from the investor's point of view is performed. The most favorable variant is subsequently applied to the design of a multigenerational family house in the form of project documentation - in the stage for construction according to the valid Decree 62/2013 Coll. amending the Decree No. 499 of 2006. Further, the project documentation is supplemented with a fire safety design solution, documentation of the building environment technique, an award-winning report and a demonstration of the energy performance of the building.
