Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je „Stravování žáků vybrané střední školy z hlediska podílu tradiční a racionální stravy.“ V teoretické části práce je vyložen význam výživy pro život a zdraví člověka, hlavní složky potravy, stravovací potřeby adolescentů, faktory ovlivňující jejich stravovací návyky, problematika školního stravování a doporučení k sestavování jídelníčku při respektování zásad racionální a nutričně pestré stravy. Cílem diplomové práce je poskytnout přehled o stavu problematiky stravování adolescentů na základě analýzy odborné literatury a zjistit dotazníkovým šetřením aktuální stravovací režim a podíl racionální a tradiční stravy ve stravování žáků Střední hospodářské a lesnické školy ve Frýdlantu. Výsledky šetření porovnat se závěry odborné literatury a navrhnout opatření k zvýšení podílu racionální stravy a optimalizaci stravovacího režimu žáků této školy. Navrhovaná opatření se týkají zejména vzdělávacích a gastronomických akcí zaměřených na propagaci zdravé výživy, doporučovaného režimu stravování a na zvýšení počtu žáků stravujících se ve školní jídelně. Další opatření upravují stravování pro žáky učebních oborů s vyšším výdejem energie, navrhují rozšíření sortimentu školního bufetu nabídkou pokrmů racionální stravy připravovaných přímo na místě a zlepšení podmínek pro dodržování pitného režimu.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is „Dining of selected high school pupils in terms of the share of traditional and rational diet.“ In the theoretical part there is explained the importance of the diet for the life and human´s health, main components of meals, dietary needs of teenagers, factors influented their eating habits, problems of school boarding and suggestion of putting together the menu respecting of principles of well-balanced and nutritively varied diet. The target of the diploma thesis is to provide summary of problems of the teenagers´diet based on analysis of professional literature and to find out via questionnaire actual eating habits and participation of well-balanced and traditional diet in the nourishment of the students of Secondary agricultural and forestry school in Frýdlant. To compare the results of the questionnaire with conclusion of professional literature and to suggest measures for increasing of participation of well-balanced diet and optimization of eating habits of this school students. Suggested measures concern especially educational and gastronomical actions aimed at publicity of well-balanced diet, eating habits and increasing number of students of the school canteen. Another measures set nourishment for the students of the training school branches with higher energy expanditure, suggest enlargement of range of school kiosk with home-made meals of well-balanced diet and improvement of water intake conditions.
