Abstract:
Diplomová práce popisující jednu z okolností vylučujících protiprávnost - přípustné riziko. Je tu popsán historický vývoj tohoto institutu, jeho současná právní úprava a jeho použití v růžných oborech.
Abstract:
The topic of the dissertation is tolerable risk. It's one of the circumstances ruling out lawlessness. I described the historical progress, the current legal definition and reflection of the tolerable risk in various professions.
