Abstract:
Cílem práce je zpracovat oblast technických a osobnostních požadavků na pozici dispečera a zvyšování jeho kvalifikace pomocí plánu vzdělávání tak, aby popsané závěry posloužily k případnému zlepšení v nedostatkových oblastech konkrétní firmy.
Abstract:
The goal of the dissertation is to describe demands on position of router (both hard and soft skills) and his further education.
