Abstract:

Disertační práce se zabývá problematikou realizace plně tištěného tranzistoru. Úvodní teoretická část je věnována stručnému přehledu problematiky tištěné elektroniky s popisem tiskových technik vhodných pro hromadnou výrobu, relevantních k cílům práce. Prostor je rovněž věnován využití iontových vodivostních efektů ve funkčních součástkových strukturách na bázi organických materiálů. Podrobněji jsou pak popsána možná konstrukční uspořádání tištěných tranzistorových struktur se zaměřením na organické tranzistory řízené elektrickým polem (OFET) a zejména organické elektrochemické tranzistory (OECT), jež se staly základem pro praktické splnění cílů práce. V následující realizační části práce je popsána metodika uplatněná pro nalezení technologicky schůdného řešení přípravy plně tištěného tranzistoru. Podrobněji jsou rozebrány jednotlivé fáze experimentální realizace spínací součástky od prvních laboratorně připravených OFET struktur, přes pilotní testy tištěných OECT až po třetí generaci plně tištěného elektrochemického tranzistoru využívajícího iontovou kapalinou. V této konstrukci se podařilo dosáhnout stanoveného cíle práce v podobě nízkonapěťového tištěného tranzistoru s vyhovujícími dynamickými vlastnostmi a stabilitou.

Abstract:

The main topic of this thesis is focused on the realization of the fully printed transistor. The theoretical introduction gives a brief overview of printed electronics with the description of printing techniques suitable for mass production, which are relevant to the main objective of the thesis. There are further mentioned the ionic processes utilized in functional organic electronic devices. The suitable printed transistor structures are described in more detail with the attention given to the organic field-effect transistors (OFET) and especially the organic electrochemical transistor (OECT), that was selected as the basis of the practical output of the thesis. The second part describes the methodology applied to find a technologically viable way for the realization of the fully printed transistor. Individual experimental phases are described, which have been followed from the experimental OFET structures, over pilot test of the printed OECT up to the third generation of the printed electrochemical transistor with the ionic liquid. This final structure constitutes the practical output of the work which complies with the criteria given for the low-voltage printed transistor with acceptable dynamics and stability.
