Innovation and Process Optimization for CRM Module of Business Information System
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca je zameraná na podnikové informačné systémy a vysvetlenie ich základných stavebných prvkov. Dôraz je kladený predovšetkým na ERP systémy a ich jednotlivé moduly. Praktická časť bakalárskej práce sa sústredí na analýzu podnikového informačného systému v spoločnosti XY a modul CRM. Na základe analýzy je navrhnutá optimalizácia modulu CRM.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on enterprise information systems and an explanation of their basic elements.The main aim is ERP systems and their modules.Practical part of this thesis describes enterprise information system and CRM module in company XY.Based on analysis is proposal to optimize CRM module.
