Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce „Legalizace výnosů z trestné činnosti – offshore“ se zabývá problematikou boje proti praní špinavých peněz. Uvádí definici pojmu legalizace výnosů z trestné činnosti, dále se zaměřuje na definování základních pojmů a přehledu české právní úpravy zaměřené proti praní špinavých peněz a v závěru se zabývá pojmem offshore a způsobům jeho využití.

This diploma thesis "Legalization of proceeds from criminal activities - offshore" deals with the issue of the fight against money laundering.
