Ústředním tématem této bakalářské práce je identita a její pojetí v širším slova smyslu. Protagonisté románů L'Ingratitude a Les Lettres chinoises se snaží nalézt vlastní identitu, existenci či se začlenit do společnosti na základě vztahů k ostatním či v konfrontaci s nimi. The main theme of this work is the identity of the personages searched through the relations with the others in the novels L'Ingratitude and Les Lettres chinoises. There are more conceptions relevant to the identity. We have chosen the personal and culture identity.
