Bakalářská práce se zabývá dvěma filmovými adaptacemi psychologického románu Kouzelný dům, které natočil v roce 1939 Otakar Vávra a v roce 1970 Jaroslav Balík. Vychází z adaptačních přístupů Thomase Leitche a rozebírá proměny, ke kterým ve filmových adaptacích došlo. Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with two film adaptations of the psychological novel The Magic House, which was shot in 1939 by Otakar Vávra and in 1970 by Jaroslav Balík. The thesis is based on the adaptive approaches of Thomas Leitch and it discusses the changes and differences that have taken place in film adaptations.
