Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na zefektivnění výrobního procesu. Cílem je reorganizací skladů umístit novou montážní linku a průzkumem trhu zajistit dodavatele barev, aby se snížily náklady při zavádění výroby nové kabiny a tím zefektivnil výrobní proces ve společnosti Fritzmeier s.r.o. Abstract:
This thesis is aimed at streamlining the manufacturing process. The aim is to locate new stores, reorganizing the assembly line and market research to ensure the supplier of paints, to reduce costs when launching a new cockpit and streamlined the manufacturing process in the company Fritzmeier Ltd.
