Anotácia:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kyberkriminality, se zaměřením na krádeže ve virtuálním prostředí počítačových her. Teoretická část definuje základní pojmy jako kyberprostor a kyberkriminalita. Popisuje historii a vývoj internetu a digitálních technologií. Dále se věnuje charakteristikám kyberprostoru, rozdílu mezi pojmy internet a web, a formám kybernetických hrozeb. Praktická část práce představuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření mezi policisty a hráči PC her. Také obsahuje řízené rozhovory s oběťmi krádeží ve hrách. Cílem šetření bylo zjistit, jaké jsou zkušenosti s krádežemi ve hrách a jak jsou tyto incidenty vnímány a řešeny. Výsledkem práce je návrh letáků a online postů pro policisty a hráče, které upozorňují na problematiku bagatelizace kybernetických krádeží a poskytují informace o ochraně ve virtuálním prostředí. Tato práce přispívá k lepšímu porozumění specifických aspektů kyberkriminality a navrhuje možné směry pro zlepšení prevence, vzdělávání a řešení kybernetických incidentů.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of cybercrime, focusing on theft in the virtual environment of computer games. The theoretical part defines basic concepts such as cyberspace and cybercrime. It describes the history and development of the internet and digital technologies. Furthermore, it discusses the characteristics of cyberspace, the difference between the terms internet and web, and forms of cyber threats. The practical part of the thesis presents the results of a survey conducted among police officers and PC game players. It also includes structured interviews with victims of in-game thefts. The aim of the survey was to determine the experiences with thefts in games and how these incidents are perceived and addressed. The outcome of the work is the design of flyers and online posts for police officers and players, highlighting the issue of trivializing cyber thefts and providing information on protection in the virtual environment. This thesis contributes to a better understanding of the specific aspects of cybercrime and proposes possible directions for improving prevention, education, and the resolution of cyber incidents.
