Abstract:

SCHWARZ, Michal: Remediation of wet structures in the ground floor of building, in the process of extending its useful life. [Bachelor thesis]. Banking Institute University of Prague, Foreign University Banská Bystrica. Department of Economics, Valuation of Real estate , Social sciences and Law. Bachelor supervisor: prof. Ing. Vasil Dornič, DrSc.. Year of presentation: 2013th. Number of pages: 56 This bachelor thesis focuses on remediation of getting wet in the underground structures of the building in the process of prolonging its life. The first chapter focuses on defining fysical technics concepts that greatly affect the thermal, hygienic comfort in the underground environment. In the following subsections describe ways remediation work getting wet masonry and waterproofing. Refines the negative conditions of the internal environment of the affected substructure structure wetting. In the second part of the paper analyzes a selected object has been affected by moistening underground level and describes how to choose the right and remediation methods. The third chapter provides suggestions and recommendations that could be applied to building owner to ultimately achieve the desired state in the ground floor of the building and thus extend the life of the whole building.

Anotácia SCHWARZ, Michal: Sanácia navlhnutých konštrukcií v podzemnom podlaží budovy, v procese predĺženia jej doby životnosti.[ bakalárska práca]. Bankovní institut vysoká škola Praha, zahraničná vysoká škola Banská Bystrica. Katedra ekonomie, oceňování, spoločenských věd a práva. Vedúci práce: prof. Ing. Vasil Dornič, DrSc.. Rok obhajoby: 2013. Počet strán: 56 Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou sanácie navlhnutých konštrukcií v podzemnom podlaží budovy v procese predlžovania jej doby životnosti. Prvá kapitola je zameraná nadefinovaní fyzikálno-technických problémov, ktoré vo veľkej miere ovplyvňujú komplexnú pohodu (najmä tepelnú, zvukovú a optickú) prostredia v podzemnom podlaží. V ďalších podkapitolách práca popisuje spôsoby sanácii navlhnutého muriva ako aj hydroizolácií. Bližšie špecifikuje negatívne stavy vnútorného prostredia spodnej stavby postihnutého vlhnutím muriva. V druhej časti práca analyzuje vybratý objekt, ktorý bol postihnutý vlhnutím podzemného podlažia a popisuje spôsob a výber správnej sanačnej metódy. Tretia kapitola prináša návrhy a odporúčania, ktoré by majiteľ stavby mal aplikovať, aby docielil v konečnom dôsledku požadovaný stav v spodnej stavbe a tým aj predĺžil životnosť celej stavby.
