Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Analýza efektivní komunikace jako nástroj úspěšného prodeje klade důraz na způsoby, které přispívají k efektivní komunikaci. Základem přesvědčivé komunikace jako efektivního nástroje profesionálního jednání je vnímat sám sebe a současně vnímat reakce, které naše komunikace vyvolává.Práce analyzuje různé praktiky a možnosti komunikace. Nutným předpokladem efektivního fungování je schopnost komunikovat se zákazníky. Teoreticko-metodologická část je zaměřena na klíčové pojmy komunikace, typy komunikace, komunikační a prodejní techniky. Důraz je kladen na dosažení efektivní komunikace prostřednictvím použitých nástrojů. Aplikační část je věnována analýze komunikace, která se zaměřuje na srovnání žádoucího a optimálního stavu komunikace, měření efektivity a identifikaci jednotlivých přístupů z hlediska zákazníka. Z globálního pohledu, práce posuzuje a formuluje provázané souvislosti výše uvedených termínů a dospívá k závěru, že neexistuje jediný efektivní model komunikace.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis on the topic of Analysis of effective communication as a tool for successful sales studies the ways, which contribute to effective communication. The base of persuasive communication as an effective tool for professional discussion is to perceive yourself and at the same time perceive the reactions that your communication evokes. This thesis describes different practices and ways of communicating. The ability to communicate with customers is an essential presumption to effective and functioning communication.The theoretical-methodological part of the thesis is focused on key terms in communication, types of communication and selling techniques. The emphasis is placed on reaching effective communication using pre-existing tools. The application part of the thesis is dedicated to communication analysis, which is focused on a comparison of desired and optimal states of communication, efficiency measuring and identification of particular approaches that relate to the customer.
