Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením edukačních materiálů v oblasti šestinedělí. První část je teoretická, která se zabývá charakteristikou šestinedělí, fyziologií šestinedělí, dále se věnuje výživě, cvičení, kojení a antikoncepci v šestinedělí, edukaci a metodám hodnotícím obtížnost textu, čtivost a porozumění textu. This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of educational materials in the field of the postpartum period. The first part is theoretical, which focuses on the characteristics of the postpartum period, female person's physiology, nutrition, special exercises, breastfeeding and contraception during the period.
