Cílem této práce je analýza právní úpravy podnikatelských seskupení v zákoně o obchodních korporacích a identifikace jejích problematických částí. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the legislation of corporate groups in the Business Corporations Act and the identification of its problematic parts.
