Abstract:
Měření generace trombinu u dětí s akutní lymfoblastickou leukémií v průběhu indukce a reindukce léčby dle protokolu ALL-IC BFM2002.Generace trombinu byla měřena metodou kalibrované automatické trobografie. Práce prokázala zvýšenou generaci trombinu v průběhu indukce ALL . Infekční komplikace v průběhu indukce ALL zvyšuje generaci trombinu s následným rizikem trombózy . Abstract:
Thrombin generation was mesaured by means of calibrated automated thrombography in group of children with ALL treated on ALL -IC BFM 2002 protocol. Thrombin generation is significantly increased during induction comparing to reinduction treatemnt.Infection within induction enhances thrombin generation with risk of thrombosis.
