A heater of fluctuating air with output temperature regulation

Abstract:

Práce se věnuje tématu regulace tepelných soustav pomocí PI regulátoru. V rámci práce bylo vytvořeno zařízení, které se skládá z tepelné komory, zdroje tepla, ventilátoru a snímače teploty v podobě NTC termistoru. Automatické řízení teploty v komoře změnou otáček chladicího ventilátoru je realizováno pomocí vývojové desky Arduino UNO vykonávající kód PI regulátoru napsaný v programu Arduino IDE. Zařízení pak komunikuje s počítačem pomocí textové sériové komunikace.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the topic of control of thermal systems using flowing air on a heated object. As a part of the work, a device was created that consists of a thermal chamber, a heat source, a cooling fan, and a temperature sensor in the form of an NTC thermistor. The control then takes place using the Arduino UNO development board that contains the PI controller code written in the Arduino IDE software. The device then communicates with the computer through textual serial communication.
