Abstract:

Diplomová práce "Tvorba metodického materiálu - netradiční rozcvičení žáků na 1. stupni ZŠ" uvádí náměty pro aktivity využitelné v rušné a průpravné části hodiny ve výuce školní tělesné výchovy žáků mladšího školního věku. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o vývojových specifikách daného období a skladbě rozcvičení, praktická část nabízí metodický materiál s řadou námětů do výuky ve venkovním prostředí. Návrhy rozcvičení členěné do jednotlivých školních měsíců mají netradiční charakter zejména ve volbě aktivit, které jsou spojeny s přirozeným získávání či upevňováním vědomostí prostřednictvím hodiny tělesné výchovy. Výsledné metodické karty jsou určené pedagogům, vychovatelům či trenérům žáků mladšího školního věku.

Abstract:

This Master's thesis " Creating methodological material - unconventional warm-up for children in the first grade of primary school"; shows various approaches to different activities that are meant for both the motoric and preparatory parts of physical education lecturers for primary school students. Based on the research from the theoretical part describing the development of each area as well as the composition of the exercises, the outcome is a list of suggestions for the PE lectures taught in the outdoors, further described in the practical part. The proposal for the lectures has several sections that are each based on the academic month and have unique characteristics that are connected the natural sense of gaining and strengthening skills and knowledge from PE lectures. The outcoming methodical cars are designed for teachers, educators and trainer of primary school children.
