Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovením daňové povinnosti při dovozu a vývozu zboží ze třetích zemí v návaznosti na celní režimy. Řeší postup při uplatňování DPH a stanovuje správce daně.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the tax on import and export of goods from third countries in relation to customs procedures. It solves addresses the procedure of application of VAT and sets the tax administrator.
