Comparing of midwife care for woman and child during childbirth and at the first week after birth in the Czech Republic and Republic of Turkey

Abstract:

Cílem práce je poukázat na rozdíly v porodní péči v České a Turecké republice. Dále ve své práci srovnávám péči porodních asistentek v Turecké a České republice o ženu a dítě během porodu a první týden po porodu. Ženy mají v Turecké republice stále těžký život. Jejich práva se sice od let minulých změnila k lepšímu, ale muži si stále ženy přivlastňují a jsou na ně velmi přísní. V začátku práce poukazuji na míru populačního růstu, složení obyvatelstva, a dále pak na kulturní odlišnosti v Turecké republice. Většina Turků vyznává náboženství Islám, které je ovlivňuje po celý život a jsou mu oddáni celým tělem i duší. S tímto se mění veškeré názory, pro nás Čechy nepochopitelné, a samozřejmě se odrážejí jak ve funkci rodiny, tak v problematice partnerských vztahů. Pro pochopení zdravotnictví uvádím některé zvyky tureckých pacientů/ klientů, které se velmi liší od těch našich. Zaměřuji se také na rozdíly ve vzdělání a v kompetencích porodních asistentek a dle vlastních poznatků srovnávám porodnictví v obou zemích po celkové stránce. V práci se dále zmiňuji o dvou tureckých nemocnicích ve městě Aydin, kde jsem měla možnost zúčastnit se praktické výuky společně s dalšími studenty čtvrtého ročníku oboru porodní asistentka. V závěru uvádím své vlastní postoje a poznatky v problematice kojení a péči o dítě, které jsem získala během mé praxe nejen v Turecku, ale také u nás.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to point out the differences in obstetric care in the Czech Republic and in the Turkey Republic. The thesis compares midwives care in the Czech Republic and in the Turkey Republic about a wife and child during childbirth and at the first week after birth. The women who live in the Turkey republic still don't have easy life. Although their rights has been changed to better way the men still pocket women and they are very tough on them. The beginning of the thesis refers to the grow rate of population their structure and cultural differences in Turkey Republic. Most of the Turks are professing religion Islam which is affecting them for whole life and they are devoted to religion with body and soul. With these things their opinions are changed and it is incomprehensible for us in the Czech Republic and of course are reflected in function of family and in the problems of partnerships as well. For well understanding a health care in Turkey Republic thesis illustrate some habits of turkish patients / clients that are very different from ours. I am focusing on the differences in education and competences of midwives in according to own experience where I compare a midwifery in both countries for the overall point of view. In the thesis I also refer about two hospitals in Turkey where I had practice together with other students in the fourth year of midwifery. In conclusion I present my own opinions and knowledges about breastfeeding and child care which I noticed during my practice in Turkey Republic and also in our hospitals.
