New wooden detached house with a surgery

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem rámové dřevostavby s prvky skeletové konstrukce. Konkrétně se jedná o rodinný dům s ordinací, který lze v budoucnu přestavět na vícegenerační rodinný dům o dvou samostatných jednotkách. V první části této diplomové práce byla popsána metoda LCA, jako nástroj k posuzování zatížení životního prostředí výrobou a dopravou zkoumaného stavebního materiálu. Následně byla popsána alternativní řešení zateplení stavebních objektů, ze kterých vycházely skladby navržené pro modelovou novostavbu dřevostavby rodinného domu s ordinací. V diskuzi jsou porovnávány jednotlivé možnosti zateplení modelového domu. Závěr se věnuje shrnutí práce a osobním myšlenkám a postojům autora k dané problematice.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a frame wooden building with elements of a skeletal structure. Specifically, it is a detached house with a surgery, which can be converted in the future into a multi-generational family house with two separate units. In the first part of this diploma thesis, the LCA method was described as a tool for assessing the environmental impact of production and transport of the examined building material. Subsequently, alternative solutions for the insulation of buildings were described, on which the compositions designed for a model building of a detached house with a surgery were based. The discussion compares the individual possibilities of thermal insulation of a model house. The conclusion is devoted to a summary of the work and personal ideas and attitudes of the author of this thesis.
