Abstract:
Cíl předkládané práce spočívá ve zhodnocení vyváženosti práv a povinností přepravce a dopravce v mezinárodní železniční a multimodální přepravě zboží. Zároveň se autor věnuje možnostem případné prevence znevýhodňujícího postavení vhodnou formulací přepravní smlouvy. Abstract:
The substantial aim of this thesis is to evaluate balance between shipper´s and carrier´s rights and duties in the field of railway and multimodal carriage. Moreover, in order to avoid negative impact of disadvantageous provisions, suggestions regarding appropriate contractual terms are also included.
