Motivation and analysis of worker's satisfaction in a company eBrana s.r.o.
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice motivace pracovníků a jejich spokojenosti ve společnosti eBRÁNA s.r.o. Zabývá se různými teoriemi motivace lidí a jejího řízení, mezi kterými jsou i ty, jež společnost praktikuje při své personalistice. Popisuje pracovní a sociální vztahy, řízení a motivaci pracovníků této společnosti.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is dedicated to the issue of motivation and satisfcation of the employees in eBRANA s.r.o. It concerns with various theories of people´s motivation and its management, among which are also these that are practiced by company at its human resources management. It describes work and social relationship, management and motivation of employees of this copany.
