Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá současnými možnostmi vyšetření sítnice. V práci jsou popsány jednotlivé metody a přístroje, které lze použít při vyšetření. V úvodní kapitole se práce zabývá anatomii sítnice. V druhé kapitole jsou popsány subjektivní vyšetřovací metody (vyšetření zrakové ostrosti, test barvocitu, adaptace na tmu, test kontrastní citlivostí a vyšetření zorného pole). This thesis deals with the current examination possibilities of the retina. It describes various methods and instruments that can be used in examinations. The first chapter describes anatomy of the retina.
