Anotácia:

In my master’s thesis research, the goal is to uncover, analyze and perform practical research on different ways to improve e-commerce stores with the use of artificial intelligence. The trends in online shopping are changing rapidly. For some, it can be easy to adapt depending on what their online presence needs, but for some, implementing artificial intelligence such as chatbots, product personalization or customer-centric product recommendations can be quite a challenge.

Abstract:
