Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá významem procesu plánování a řízení. Cílem práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro start-up a vyhodnotit ho. V práci jsou využity metodologické nástroje, pomocí nichž se zvýší šance uspět a sníží se možná rizika. The bachelor thesis deals with the importance of the planning and management process. The work aims to create a business plan for a start-up and evaluate it. The work uses methodological tools that increase the chances of success and reduce possible risks.
