Transactions with servile real estate in the Estate of Druzcov in the second half of the 16th century and in the early 17th century
Abstract:
Cílem práce je popsat a zhodnotit majetkoprávní vývoj ve vesnicích Druzcov, Jenišov, Janův Důl, Kotel, Ocasov (okr. Liberec), a to na základě studia pozemkové knihy statku Druzcov, která obsahuje záznamy z let 1560-1630. Práce se věnuje především vývoji cen, postavení mezi prodejcem a kupujícím a okolnostmi prodeje. Výsledky jsou pak porovnávány s jinými lokalitami.
Abstract:
The aim of bachelor thesis is the describtion and evaluation of property-development in villages of Druzcov, Jenišov, Janův Důl, Kotel, and Ocasov (dist. Liberec), based on studies of the land registrations of the manor of Druzcov, that contains recordings from the years 15601630.
