Abstract:
Vliv genetických faktorů na etiologii zánětlivých střevních onemocnění (IBD) je znám již dlouhou dobu. Cílem této práce bylo určit alelovou četnost polymorfismů v genech NOD2, ICAM-1 a CCR5 u českých a slovenských pacientů s IBD ve srovnání se zdravou kontrolu. Involvement of genetic factors in aetiology of the inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) has been known for a long time.
