Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá identifikací potřeb změny ve strojírenském podniku. Teoretická část přibližuje problematiku change managementu a způsoby tvoření změn v podniku. Praktická část identifikuje S, W, O, T, faktory, které slouží při zhodnocení prostoru změny. Cílem je navrhnout harmonogram implementace změny.

Abstract:

The presented bachelor thesis attempts to identify the need for change in engineering company. Its theoretical part focuses on the concept of change management and the specific means of establishing change within the company. In the practical part the S, W, O, T, factors are identified, as these are used to evaluate the possibilities for change. The main goal of this thesis is to suggest a schedule of the implementation of change.

Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá identifikáciou potreby zmeny v strojárskej firme. Teoretická časť približuje problematiku change managementu a spôsoby tvorenia zmien v podniku. Praktická časť identifikuje S, W, O, T, faktory, ktoré slúžia pri zhodnotení priestoru zmeny. Cieľom je navrhnutie harmonogramu implementácie zmeny.
