The importance of social rehabilitation of people with intellectual disabilities in the labor market

Anotácia:

Diplomová práce se zabývá významem sociální rehabilitace v kavárně Anděl pro uplatnění osob s mentálním postižením na volném trhu práce. První část teorie se zabývá informacemi o sociální rehabilitaci, popisuje její formy, legislativní základ pro její provozování a obecně se zabývá sociální prací s osobami s mentálním postižením. Druhá část práce je věnována teoretickým informacím o mentální retardaci. Přináší definice mentální retardace, etiologii, charakteristiky různých stupňů postižení a klasifikuje různé druhy mentální retardace. Ve třetí části jsou popsány formy profesní přípravy a možnosti uplatnění osob s mentálním postižením na volném trhu práce. Výzkumná část diplomové práce analyzuje a vyhodnocuje data získaná, jak formou ankety, tak metodou rozhovorů s klienty i pracovníky sociální rehabilitace a metodou analýzy dokumentace kavárny Anděl. Na závěr jsou vyhodnoceny výzkumné otázky, které byly nastaveny v úvodu výzkumu a zhodnocen celý význam sociální rehabilitace.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the importance of social rehabilitation in Angel Cafe for people with mental disabilities in the open labor market. The first part deals with the theory of information about social rehabilitation, describes its form, the legislative basi for its operation and generally deals with social work with persons with mental disabilities. The second part is devoted to theoretical information about mental retardation. It provides definitions of mental retardation, etiology, characteristics of various degrees of disability and classifies various types of mental retardation. The third section describes the types of training and job opportunities of people with intellectua disabilities in the open labor market. The research part of the thesis analyzes and evaluates data obtained by questionnaire and by interviews with clients and workers of social rehabilitation and method of analysis and documentation of Angel Cafe. In conclusion, I analyzed the research questions that were at the beginning of research and evaluated the importance of social rehabilitation.
