Collegial Bodies Pursuant to the Higher Education Act

Abstract:

Předmětem práce je analýza kolegiálních orgánů fakulty veřejné vysoké školy. Nejprve je z teoretického hlediska vymezen obecný rámec problematiky, je provedeno zařazení vysokoškolské správy v systému veřejné správy, je představena relevantní právní úprava a zejména je charakterizován pojem kolegiálního orgánu. Poté jsou vymezeny kolegiální orgány fakulty veřejné vysoké školy a je uvedena jejich stručná charakteristika. Následuje analýza kolegiálních orgánů fakulty veřejné vysoké školy a jejich činnosti z hlediska specifik kolegiálních orgánů.

Abstract:

The object of this thesis is to analyze the collegial bodies of the faculty of public university. First, from a theoretical point of view, the thesis provides a definition of the general framework of the subject. It further deals with the inclusion of the university administration in the public administration systém and relevant legislation, and characterizes the term “collegial body” in particular. These chapters are followed by a definition of the collegial bodies of the faculty of public university and their brief characterization. Finally, the collegial bodies of the faculty of public university and their activities are analyzed with regard to the specific features of collegial bodies.
