Monoklonálne gamapatie (MG) tvoria heterogénnu skupinu chorôb charakterizovaných produkciou monoklonálneho imunoglobulínu (MIG). Monoklonálna gamapatia nejasného významu (MGUS) je prekanceróza predchádzajúca takmer všetkým malígnym mnohopočetným myelómom (MM).
