Využití WYSIWYG webového rozhraní systému Scriptura v bankovním prostředí

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaobírá systémem Scriptura a jeho využitím v bankovním prostředí. V první části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy pro dané téma diplomové práce a popsán teoretický i technologický princip tohoto systému, včetně popsání bankovního prostředí a distribučních kanálů směrem ke klientovi. Praktická část popisuje a srovnává klasický způsob tvorby a editace dokumentových šablon systému Scriptura a alternativní způsob, využívající webové WISYWIG rozhraní. K porovnání obou analyzovaných přístupů byla aplikována metoda vícekriteriálního rozhodování a na základě této analýzy vybráno vhodnější řešení. Tato práce může posloužit kromě akademického účelu také jako dokument pro získání znalostí o systému Scriptura a pro podporu optimalizace procesů ve vztahu k tomuto systému a jeho okolí.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the Scriptura system and its use in the banking environment. The first part defines the basic concepts for the given topic of the thesis and describes the theoretical and technological principle of this system, including the description of the banking environment and distribution channels towards the client. The practical part describes and compares the classic way of creating and editing document templates of the Scriptura system and alternative way using the web WISYWIG interface. The method of multi-criteria decision making was applied to compare both analyzed approaches and a more suitable solution was chosen based on this analysis. In addition to academic purposes, this work can also serve as a document for acquiring knowledge of the Scriptura system and for supporting process optimization in relation to this system and its surroundings.
