Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání situace a ochrany spotřebitele na trhu v oblasti úvěrování. První část pojednává o historickém vývoji směrnic a zákonů v oblasti spotřebitelských úvěrů a nastíní jak se směrnice a zákony postupem času rozšiřovaly. Druhá část práce analyzuje podmínky předčasného splacení spotřebitelského úvěru a vysvětlí, za jakých okolností bude využito konkrétních limitů pro vypočtení maximální výše náhrady nákladů věřiteli. V práci jsou určeny přesné hranice úrokových sazeb, při kterých dojde v průběhu doby trvání úvěru k využití více limitů nežli jednoho. K zjištění informací je využito především literární rešerše a dedukce. V závěru práce je k nalezení shrnutí zjištěných informací.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on research of consumer situation and their protection at the credit market. The first part of thesis is about historical development of directives and acts concerning consumer loan and about their expansions during time period. Second part of the thesis analyses terms of early repayment of consumer loan and explains, at which circumstances are particular limits used for determining maximum of costs compensation to creditor. In this thesis are determined specific interest rates, at which can be used more than 1 limit during the whole period of the loan. Information are gained through research and deduction. At the end of the thesis is conclusion containing summary of discovered information.
