Football Slang: A Comparative Analysis of Sub-standard Vocabulary of Czech and French Football Supporters
Abstract:
Comparative lexical analysis deals with a slang in the language of Czech and French football supporters. This research joins sociolinguistic and lexicological aspects together. An analysis deals with psychological and sociological motivations of speakers at the moment of a formation and utilisation of sub-standard vocabulary.

Tématem práce je srovnání slangového projevu francouzských a českých fotbalových fanoušků. Hlavním zdrojem materiálu se stal vlastní výzkum fotbalového lexika pomocí dotazníků. Cílem práce je definovat sociální a psychické motivace mluvčích při vzniku a použití výrazových prostředků.
