One of the current issues in the field of linguistics is the research of the technical language. Aktuálnou problematikou v oblasti lingvistiky je aj výskum odborného jazyka. Odborná terminológia zaznamenáva veľkú akceleráciu v jednotlivých vedných oblastiach. Tento trend je príznačný aj pre gastronomickú terminológiu. Štruktúrna analýza korpusu gastronomických pomenovaní s akcentom na kompozitá ukázala, že najväčšie rozdiely sú medzi nemčinou a slovenčinou, menšie medzi nemčinou a angličtinou …more
