Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukcí postupového střižného nástroje pro výrobu plechu statoru. V teoretické části je uvedeno stručné rozdělení metod tváření a detailně popsána metoda stříhání. Výrobkem je plech statoru, který se dále používá pro elektrotechnickou výrobu. Dále je proveden rozbor a konstrukce jednotlivých částí nástroje včetně výrobních náležitostí. This diploma thesis deals with the design of a progressive shearing tool for the production of stator blank. Theoretical part of the thesis describes methods of forming and the shearing method is described in detail. The product of the tool is the stator blank.
