Abstract:
Tato práce popisuje problematiku patogenních mikroorganismů v mléce a mléčných výrobcích, způsoby jejich přenosu do mléka i onemocnění, která mohou způsobit. Zabývá se také výskytem patogenů v syrovém mléce produkovaném v České republice.
Abstract:
This thesis describes the issue of pathogenic microorganisms in milk and dairy products, ways by which they are transferred into milk and the disease they can cause. It also discusses the occurrence of pathogens in raw milk produced in the Czech republic.
