Characterisitics of selected universal tumor markers
Abstract:
Cílem práce je charakterizovat jednotlivé univerzální nádorové antigeny, které se jeví jako vhodní potenciální kandidáti pro očkování vybraných nádorových onemocnění. Mezi studované nádorové antigeny patři proteináza 3, WT1 protein, telomeráza a survivin. Bakalářská práce by měla přinést základní informace o těchto proteinech a od nich odvozených peptidových epitopech.
Abstract:
The aim of this study is to characterize individual universal tumor markers appearing as suitable potential candidates for immunization of selected malignancies. As universal tumor antigens are considered proteinase 3, WT1 protein, telomerase and survivin. This study should bring basic information about the above described proteins and antigenic peptides derived from them.
