Remuneration as the main stimulative component

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na systémy odměňování v tuzemských a zahraničních firmách a jejich porovnání, které se odvíjí od dotazníkového šetření realizovaného v rámci několika vybraných podniků. Na základě tohoto šetření je provedena identifikace rezerv a možností využití odměňování v rámci řízení lidských zdrojů. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretická a praktická část. V teoretické části uvádím vysvětlení základních pojmů motivace a stimulace v souvislosti s pracovním prostředím a přehled forem odměňování zaměstnanců. Praktická část pak obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku vybraných společností, dále získaná data a výsledky. Závěr práce je věnován shrnutí výsledků dotazníku a návrhům možných oblastí, na jejichž zlepšení by se dané společnosti měly při motivaci a odměňování svých pracovníků zaměřit.

Abstract:

What is the aim of the thesis is confrontation of the systems of remuneration in domestic and foreign companies which is based on a questionnaire investigation realized in a few chosen companies. On the basis of the investigation some reserves and improvement options of remuneration within the scope of human resource management are detected. The thesis is divided into two parts - the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part there is an explanation of some fundamental terms such as motivation and stimulation in their connection with work environment and the summary of types of remuneration of employees. The practical part includes brief characteristics of chosen companies, followed by obtained data and results. Conclusion of the thesis deals with summary of results of questionnaire and suggestions of possible areas within motivation and remuneration of employees - given companies should focus on their improvement.
