Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá aplikací neuronových sítí pro detekci QRS komplexů z EKG signálu. V práci je popsána problematika snímání EKG signálu, neuronové sítě a jejich učení. Cílem práce je provést rešerši existujících metod pro detekci QRS komplexů a návrh vlastní metody používající Hilbertovu transformaci a implementovat ji. Na obou metodách jsou provedeny testy. Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis deals with the application of neural networks for the detection of QRS complexes from the ECG signal. The thesis describes issues of ECG signal recording, neural networks and their learning. The aim is to perform research on existing methods for detecting QRS complexes and to design own method using Hilbert's transform and implement it. Test are performed on both methods.
