Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení controllingových činností ve vybrané společnosti. The aim of the diploma thesis is to propose measures to improve controlling activities in a selected company. To achieve this goal, the current state of the company's controlling activities is analysed and the functionality of these activities is evaluated.
